Over Ons
Our Philosophy
Mission
Our mission is to help organizations become safer, healthier, more collaborative, and more resilient through human-centered innovation. We believe that when technology is intuitive, supportive, and connected, it becomes a catalyst for enhanced workforce well-being, for higher productivity and performance, for stronger team cohesion, for reduced downtime and costs, and for long-term organizational resilience built on healthier people and smarter systems.
Vision
We design technologies that don’t just solve today’s challenges but create new possibilities for how people work together, how teams support one another, and how organizations thrive in an increasingly complex world. Our vision is to build systems that empower every individual while aligning entire organizations toward a higher shared purpose.
Because the strongest organizations are the ones that move as one.
Inventiveness
At ExoVibe, inventiveness is not something we apply occasionally. It is the core of who we are. We exist to explore what lies beyond today’s limits and redesign the way humans interact with each other through technology. Our work is rooted in deep scientific curiosity and driven by a commitment to improving real lives, workplaces, and human capabilities. Our innovation culture bridges advanced research with practical, human-centered applications.
Founders
Luc Thomas
Mede-oprichter en Algemeen Directeur
Luc Thomas holds a Master of Science in Electromechanical Engineering and specialized in energy systems and big data during the early years of his career. Meanwhile, he became an experienced project engineer and project manager.
William Thenaers
Mede-oprichter en Technisch Directeur
William Thenaers holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and specialized in human-machine interactions, embedded systems, artificial intelligence and full stack web development, i.e. cloud, back-end and front-end.
He managed complex large-scale construction and energy projects from engineering, procurement to commissioning. He also became an experienced R&D engineer and product manager for both complex hardware products as well as (enterprise) software applications.
Both as individual contributor as operations manager, he works on sensorized artificial muscles, soft exoskeletons, supporting garments, intention recognition and interconnected enterprise software applications.
He shapes each product's vision based on user feedback, team feedback and market insights.
He's passionate about optimizing and reinventing business processes to respond to (hidden) market needs. He contributes to the software and hardware architecture, and works on interaction design, visual design, and overall user experience. Finally, he's also responsible for the go-to-market, marketing and fundraising.
During the early years of his career, he worked together with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of mechanical and electrical engineers, in the automotive industry to transform the team’s system and user requirements into an application to manage and review complex calibration projects for Continuously Variable Transmissions.
He also contributed to open-source projects like gr-lora, GNU Radio blocks for receiving LoRa modulated radio messages using SDR, and VisPy. He became an experienced R&D engineer and technical manager for both complex hardware products as well as (enterprise) software applications.
Passionate about systems, he contributes to the software architecture, and works on sensorized artificial muscles, soft exoskeletons, motion capture suits, multivariate motion data algorithms, and interconnected enterprise software applications.

Our Values
Empathy First
We invent by listening to workers, to organizations, to real human needs. Every idea starts with understanding where people struggle and how life and work can be made better.
Human-centered Innovation
We believe the future of technology should elevate people, not replace them. Our innovations are designed to blend into human life, not force humans to adapt to machines.
Purpose-driven Creativity
Inventiveness is only meaningful when it serves a greater purpose. We innovate to protect health, foster connection, and help teams build safer, healthier, more fulfilling environments.
Collective Courage
We are unafraid to challenge assumptions and explore ambitious ideas not just as innovators, but as collaborators, working together with partners, users, and communities to shape the future of human potential.
Integrity & Responsibility
We innovate responsibly, ensuring that our ideas turn into reliable, ethical and accessible solutions, built with the belief that technology should serve all of us, not divide us.
